Hey there, David here

…and in my adult life, health, wellness, and fitness have been a passion of mine. Even though I had been working on myself for several decades, it took me over 15 years before I realized the different pieces I had been using to take care of my health were working on my Body, Mind, & Spirit. When the puzzle finally came together, it formed Balancing the Triad around 2016, however, I didn’t really know the full benefits or the impact of working on those three areas together… YET.

 

In 2018 I had to deal with cancer, and it was a whirlwind three weeks of a biopsy with complications, cancer diagnosis, and 8-hour surgery. There was also the suicidal thoughts beforehand, and the passing out with some seizures at my first follow up.

 

That was a lot to deal with, yet once recovering, I looked back and realize how easily I handled it all (not the norm). That’s when it hit me of how important it was to work on yourself and take care of your health and wellness on ALL LEVELS.

 

Now it’s few years later and I’m cancer free, knocking on the door of 50 years old, and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been in Body, Mind, & Spirit, and I continue to improve. I do it in ways that work for me, that fit into my life, and I enjoy it along the way. Now I’m here to share what I’ve learned so that you can do the same.
